| Dedicated
to stepping motor driving stage New-generation controller |
![]() |
This is a controller with built-in drives and controls
for various devices using stepping motors. |
| Manual operation using pulse feed Pulse feed can be performed using handle key. Because axial motion is possible with minimum motor movement, it can be used for such manual operations as measurements against specified positions and visual positioning. |
| Automatic operation of teaching data Up to 200 mobile points can be registered. This data can be operated in blocks or on a consecutive basis. It can not only be incorporated into equipment, but can be used for such purposes that require automatic operation, including single endurance testing. |
| Allows control of up to eight axes (optional) Controller and each axis driver are connected in a network through a dedicated board. With extensions, a single controller can control up to eight axes (optional). |
| Operation system with original operator panel We have adopted an original operator panel that is more intelligible than conventional controllers. It allows easier manipulation. |
| Soft limit In addition to hardware limits with limit sensors, software limits can be set at any point in a stroke. Operates effectively in places where no sensor can be attached. |
| Data I/O External I/Os of separately set data, such as teaching data and parameters, are enabled by RS-232C. Also helpful for data management using personal computers. |
| Interface with host device and image processor In order to deal with various cases, RS-232C and I/O are available. Start/Stop, origin reset, etc. can be performed from external devices, including sequence. Also enables alignment operation sequences, such as command outputs to image processor and measured value inputs. (optional) |
| 3-axis operation function
that controls XYq stage For XYqstage use, the feed and feed rate to 3-axis motor are automatically calculated by simply providing table coordinates X,Y and q. In addition, the rotation center can be changed freely (normally available in 3-axis specifications). |
