This is a controller with built-in drives and controls for driving XYq stages using servo motors. With a unique algorithm for controlling servo motors, it can select optimal methods for driving XYq stages according to controller commands.
The control part has a unique operation system and the device structure is very compact.
This controller has been designed taking account of expandability such as connection with advanced equipment and can be applied to various uses.

 
Unique algorithm for servo motor
It has a unique algorithm for controlling servo motors in order to drive XYq stages. Servo amplifiers can also be controlled during operation and while stopped according to controller commands.
Taking account of interface with advanced devices or image processors
As a relay controller of motor operation, it can import commands from advanced devices or correction data from image processors to output the movement data to the driver.
Mounted with triaxial computing function to control XYq alignment stage
Only with XYq of table coordinates, the feed and feed speed to triaxial motor will automatically be calculated.
Operation system with original console panel
Adopted original console panel allows more intelligible and easier operation.
