SWF6 series are manipulators with 6 degrees of freedom
incorporating the link mechanism and our spherical rolling joint by
placing six high-precision linear actuators in parallel on the circumference.
Each actuator is driven by servomotor and the respective axes perform
precision positioning based on the three-dimensional mechanical operation
to accurately position the table in cooperation with each other. |

| High precision and Downsizing Compared with serial structure, the adopted non-piled method decreases cumulative errors due to multiple degrees of freedom. The respective motors share the load, achieving laborsaving and downsizing. |

| Fewer Wire Troubles Because all drive motors on the respective axes are fixed to a corner of device, there is no cable movement or damage. |
