Parallel stage
Small manipulator SWF6 series

SWF6 series are manipulators with 6 degrees of freedom incorporating the link mechanism and our spherical rolling joint by placing six high-precision linear actuators in parallel on the circumference. Each actuator is driven by servomotor and the respective axes perform precision positioning based on the three-dimensional mechanical operation to accurately position the table in cooperation with each other.
Because complex movements within three-dimensional space can smoothly and freely be performed, the effect is unlimited when used in automatic assemblies, test measurements and complicated curved surface finishing works, etc.

High precision and Downsizing
Compared with serial structure, the adopted non-piled method decreases cumulative errors due to multiple degrees of freedom.
The respective motors share the load, achieving laborsaving and downsizing.
Fewer Wire Troubles
Because all drive motors on the respective axes are fixed to a corner of device, there is no cable movement or damage.
High rigidity and High Speed
Parallel structure allows high precision, high rigidity and high-speed and complex movements,
Versatile Stage Layout
The moving range, rigidity and precision of stage can be changed depending on the combination of six linear actuators and link shapes.
