Unique and superexcellent combination of circular arcs has realized ideal direct-acting rolling bearing structure. The axial orbital curvature and the bore orbital curvature of external cylinder are greater than the arcroller orbital curvature, providing an optimal curvature combination. Such rationality absorbs any alignment error and generates a number of marvelous ripple effects.
It is excellent in automatic aligning, high-rigidity, durability, high-speed and straightness and guarantees lower friction, less oscillation and longer life due to roller-specific light preload, providing the high precision and high quality guide.

Automatic aligning
According with R orbital plane of axial circular arc groove, all arcrollers (spherical rollers) roll over toward the axial center while automatically aligning.
High rigidity
Compared with spherical rolling body, it provides greater load power (capacity) and higher rigidity in the axis-perpendicular direction as well as under moment load.
Durability
Completely different from such rolling bodies as sphere, cylindrical roller and needle-shaped roller, it provides various advantages.
1. Rarely causes skew and absorbs any alignment error.
2. Causes no edge stress.
3. Lower friction and less wear
4. Provides longer life unlike balls.

Small load capacity due to point contact. No edge stress with great contact area and high load capacity. Causes edge stress within contact area, resulting in shorter life.
High-speed performance
Even with light pilot pressure, sufficient rigidity can be obtained, minimizing the breaking amount of rolling body.

2. In case of press die, lateral vibration is extremely low.
